Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson, an artist's daughter, born in Mexico was born into the music-loving parents of her family. Growing up, she listened to traditional music, boleros from the past in addition to traditional romantic and ranchero ballads. Ana is enthusiastic about tangos and operas. Also, she loves drama performances. Ana began to study singing and play instruments in the early years together with her mom. The formal training in singing when she was 16 years old, under the legendary Mexican Tenor Flavio BECARRA. In the School of Music of Guadalajara University and the School of Sacred Music of Toluca in Mexico furthered her education in music. The singer performed on stage in Guadalajara, Mexico City and other cities, both as a scholar and professional. When she moved back to California in United States in 2000, she joined the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus before returning to her new place in the southern part of California. She is a current member of Ensemble XXI of Redlands and often performs as a soloist in traditional Latin American music at private performances. as a music teacher and musician Ana is a dedicated participant in numerous community projects because of her passion as well as a love of music. Ana is also a previous singer in the Community Chorus of Redlands, the Inland Master Chorale, and the Performance Loft. Ana appreciates the opportunity to share her passion and passion of the traditional Latin American songs with others while she hopes to impart a desire for younger generations, to help keep the music alive and alive.Viva Mexico!
